Prostitution Solicitation
I have handled many solicitation cases over the years and most arrests are a result of prostitution stings. Stings are set up several times a year all over Nashville at either the street level or via the Internet (usually Craig’s List). Even though most clients felt as though they were illegally trapped by law enforcement, they do not want an extended public legal battle. I understand that most clients want to keep their charges as private and confidential as possible. By being honest and straightforward, I know how to end these matters quickly in a very private and discrete matter while still avoiding a permanent conviction.
Nashville Prostitution Solicitation Case Expunged. July 1, 2011. My client was arrested for the solicitation of prostitution after he agreed to pay $200.00 for straight sex. A plea agreement was reached where the case was dismissed upon the completion of an educational class and payment of court costs. Case note: the case was handled with complete discretion. My client's wife never found out about this unfortunate situation.
