Firm Overview
Philosophy
Clear communication channels are essential for client relations. The primary complaint most lawyers receive from their clients is lack of communication stemming from their failure to return phone calls. The client grows frustrated because they feel slighted and ultimately loses confidence in their attorney.
My clients do not have this problem. I give all of my clients my cell phone number so that they can call me directly. They do not sift through the maze of receptionist, secretary, and vast support channels that most firms employ. My clients have complete and direct access to me. If my clients have a question or concern, all they have to do is either call me directly, send a text message, or e-mail. Although difficult at times, this complete access ultimately makes my job easier.
Clear communication channels are essential in building and maintaining client trust. If the client does not trust his lawyer, he will not value his objective legal opinion. Thus rendering the legal services mute.
